The Profila App allows you to control every aspect of your data through privacy training and rights management. Benefit from the education modules about your privacy rights, understand everything you need to know about privacy and your personal data to effectively control it. You will also find a dashboard which allows you to exercise your rights, with any brand.
Profila allows you to regain data control by keeping track of your personal data. Where is your personal data stored and who has access to it? This is taken care of by Profila’s “data subscription,” functionality which allows people to keep track of the data they shared with brands, including information about what kind of data, the purpose and duration, and receive compensation from brands that subscribe to their data (personal data is never sold). Via Profila’s web-based Brand Dashboard, a brand can send a “subscription offer” to customers, in which the brand can detail which of your personal data in your Profila App they request access to, and in which they include some key contractual terms i.e. (1) the specific data they require, (2) the duration you grant access; (3) the purpose for which the brand wants to use it; and (4) the compensation you receive in exchange. Our process makes sure the brand explains the terms in understandable language, so you know what you are agreeing to.
Profila has designed and developed its platform to improve the consumer-to-brand relationship by empowering people like you to have better digital relationships with brands. After you take control of your relationship with a brand, you can communicate with various organizations in your life, privately, one-to-one, and without surveillance. You can tell brands how you want to be approached (or not), and what you like (or dislike) about their products, services, or even their communication with you. A brand can learn to respect its customer’s (your) privacy settings and communication choices, learn more about the customer’s channel and product preferences, and provide everyone with a personalized experience, helping both you as a customer as well as the brand.

As part of our mission to improve private communication between people and brands, the Profila App features “Moments.” Consumer Moments are a fantastic way to capture your sentiments on any topic, and share content or feedback with a specific brand, in a private and personal manner. A Consumer Moment is a photo or video that you can create and share in Profila, to which you can attach a comment or an emoji to express your thoughts and sentiment. Once you capture the Consumer Moment, you can take the following actions to add relevance to the picture or video: - tag it to an industry “category.” - tag a relevant brand (e.g., “myBrand” if you want Profila to send the content to myBrand). - add sentiment to it (e.g., a smiley face emoticon or thumbs up). - Once you are ready, you can send it directly to the Brand, who will be able to respond directly to your shared Consumer Moment with a Brand Moment. The brand appreciates your picture and responds with exclusive offers, better service or support.
